When you choose Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram Avondale, you can expect a better car buying experience. Here's why we're different, and why you'll love shopping for your next car with us:
Our salespeople are not paid based on commission. What does that mean to you? It means our salespeople are focused on getting you the right vehicle for your budget and your family. It also means that you can buy a $5,000 vehicle or a $50,000 vehicle - doesn't matter as long as it is right for you. We also hire people from outside the automotive sales industry and train them on the product and customer satisfaction so they can focus on what matters.
Â
Most of our customers consider trading in their vehicle at the time of their purchase. Unlike other dealers, your trade will be given an actual cash value right up front. The value of your vehicle is not contingent on the vehicle you purchase. Other dealers inflate the value of your trade and then hike up the price on the vehicle you purchase to make up the difference.
Prior to selecting a vehicle, our commission-free salesperson will sit with you and ask you about your preferences, your budget, and your transportation needs. Again, it doesn't matter to our salespeople what you purchase - we are here to speed up the process and make buying easier. You will see that every vehicle is clearly priced with the rebates and discounts already applied. You don't need to guess or haggle your way through anything. We DO NOT include rebates that you don't qualify for. Check our our new inventory and pre owned inventory to find your next vehicle. If it's a commercial fleet truck you need, we have you covered also.
Once you have selected the right vehicle, we are going to provide you with a professional proposal, signed by a manager (not a mystery man behind the glass). Have any questions about what you see? ASK! If you decide not to purchase during your visit, you will be given all the information to take with you including the factory invoice (if new), the proposal, the offer to purchase your vehicle, a Carfax (if pre-owned), and a market value form explaining how we arrived at the offer to purchase your vehicle.
